It's never been easier to check the status of your vehicle's auto body repair status which the Check Vehicle section. Now we offer the ability for you to view photos, check service messages, and receive updates in your email. Check up on your vehicle, when you want.
We constantly strive to meet our customers' requests and this is one of our largest jumps to help our customers get the most out of their auto repair process. We know how much of a headache it can be when you're involved in an accident and have to deal with auto insurance companies. This is our contribution to makes things a little easier for you.
When you drop your vehicle off at our service centre, we'll offer the ability for you to check your vehicle online. If you would like the complementary service, the service advisor will provide you with a work order number and a web site address that you can use. All you have to do is visit the Check Vehicle section of the web site and enter your work order number.
The service is a complementary service available to all our customers.
After you've entered your work order number the first screen you'll see in the overview of the status of your vehicle. The left side of your screen will show your service advisor, the last time your vehicle was updated, any recent service messages, and either the expected date of completion, or the date the work was finished.
Photos are shown on the right side of the overview tab. The most recent photo is always shown first.
Know what happens, when it happens. Stay up-to-date with the latest changes on your vehicle by using the Notifications tab. This allows you to be notified instantly by email when your service advisor posts new comments on your vehicle. You can add any number of email addresses you wish.
If at any time you have a question, you can either phone us or use the Contact Us tab. The Contact Us form may give you the option to send your message to either the service advisor, or general manager. You'll need to enter your name, and email or phone number since we may not has this information on file.
This is an optional step of your auto repair process. We value feedback from our customers and this is the best way to help us improve in area where we have weaknesses.
After the work on your vehicle has been finished, you should receive a notification from the service advisor. The overview screen of your vehicle will change to alert you that it's time to pick-up your ride. If you could spare some time to complete our survey at this point, we'd greatly appreciate it.
Your vehicle may remain in our Check Vehicle system or it may become deactivated after a certain amount of time.
